摘    要:采用正交试验设计方法对活性粉末混凝土(RPC)的配合比进行了试验设计,分别通过极差和方差分析了每个因素水平对RPC配合比的作用及各个水平之间的差异,探讨了水胶比、硅粉掺量、矿渣掺量对RPC各个基本力学性能影响的规律和机理。试验结果表明:水胶比与硅粉掺量对RPC抗压、抗折、劈裂抗拉有较为显著的影响;矿渣掺量对RPC各个强度影响均不显著。最后采用多元回归方法,建立了RPC强度与水胶比、硅粉掺量、矿渣掺量的经验公式,为RPC的进一步研究提供参考。
