摘    要:从茶叶中提取的天然多酚类化合物——茶多酚(TP),能高效清除活性氧自由基,有效清除脂类自由基,对活细胞产生的活性氧自由基呈量效清除效应.在高浓度时或自由基诱发下,TP还能产生自由基.对茶多酚复合体中各组分起顺序自由基修复以及保护生物大分子的作用.此外,还能调动机体内源性抗氧化剂.茶多酚可调控机体自由基的平衡,发挥着多药效的功能.

Regulation effect of biological antioxidant tea polyphenols on free radicals unbalance in organism.
Abstract:Tea polyphenols (TP) extracted from tea leaves were proved to have capacity of efficiently scavenging superoxide anion free radical (O2- ), hydrolic radical (OH) and lipo-radicals. A dose-effect relation was observed when TP was used to scavenge the O2 and -OH produced in living cells. When it was at high concentration or induced by free radicals, TP also formed radicals. Through order radical renovation, TP could protect cell menbrane and biological macromolecules from damage. In addition, TP could enhance the activity of endogenous antioxidants in the living cells.
