摘    要:以42份中国南瓜自交系为材料,对其16个主要农艺性状进行调查和分析。结果表明,中国南瓜在果实性状、叶片性状上差异较大,其中单果质量变异系数最大,达到46.74%,叶长变异系数最小,为11.29%。通过聚类分析,42份材料被分为4个类群,具有一定的地域性特征,对南瓜材料的选择和品种培育有一定指导意义。主成分分析表明.叶片大小、果实形状、单果质量、果实颜色等是植物学多样性的重要指标。

Abstract:In the paper, we investigated and analyzed the main agronomic characters of 42 squash (Cucurbita moscbata) inbred lines. The results showed that, the squash inbred lines were largely different in fruit characters and leaf characters. The variation coefficient of single fruit weight was maximum of 46.74%, while the variation coefficient of leaf length was minimum of 11.29%. The results of the cluster analysis showed that, the 42 inbred lines were divided into four major groups based on main nutrition contents, and the four groups had a certain regional characteristic, which provided references for cultivar breeding of squash (C. moschata). The results of the principal components analysis showed that, fruit characters and leaf characters were main indexes of botanical diversity of squash.
