长期高温胁迫对温室型黄瓜产量及品质的影响

为了研究高温胁迫对欧洲型黄瓜产量及品质的影响，以20个欧洲生态型黄瓜的高代自交系为试材，在夏季高温期（37．5／24．5℃）大棚栽培，以秋季大棚栽培（30／22℃）为对照，调查植株的化瓜数、畸形瓜数、单果质量等指标。试验结果表明，长期高温胁迫使黄瓜的产量下降．但各材料产量下降幅度不同。长期高温胁迫使得黄瓜的品质和商品性明显下降，具体表现为化瓜数增加，畸形瓜率增加，果皮变硬，VC含量降低，且各自交系之间差异性明显。

Effects of Long-term High Temperature Stress on Yield and Quality of Greenhouse Cucumber

To study the effects of high temperature stress on the yield and quality of European ecotype cucumber, we cultivated 20 high generations inbred lines of European ecotypc cucumber in summer greenhouse, by taking the autumn greenhouse cultivation as control, and investigated indexes such as number of rotten fruits, number of abnormal fruits and fruit weight. The results showed that the yield of cucumber decreased to varied extents under long-term high temperature stress. Compared with the control, under long-term high temperature stress, the number of rotten fruits increased, and the rate of abnormal fruits raised, while the skin of fruit became harder and the vitamin C content decreased. The effects of long-term high temperature tolerance on yield and quality of different inbred lines were significantly different.
