摘    要:[目的]为抗除草剂棉花新品种的选育提供参考。[方法]在棉田喷施2,4-D除草剂造成药害,在受害后的棉田筛选抗2,4-D的棉花品种。[结果]DPX系列陆地棉品种(DPXl09、DPXll4、DPXl20、DPXl60)对2,4-D除草剂的耐、抗性较好,喷药后其生物学性状、叶型、叶色、花冠大小无明显变化,单铃重和衣分明显增加,且生育后期植株长势稳健、吐絮正常,未出现早衰、纤维马克隆值过高、纤维长度明显缩短等现象。喷药后晚熟彩色棉品种ASI在花铃期出现返青现象。[结论]DPX系列品种是很好的耐、抗2,4-D除草剂的转基因抗虫棉品种。
