除草剂双氟磺草胺的合成研究

摘    要:以5-氟尿嘧啶为起始原料,经过经氯化、甲氧基化、肼解、关环、转位、偶联、氧化和缩合反应后得到了新型除草剂双氟磺草胺,其合成总收率为42.8%,原药含量达95%。

Abstract:Florasulam was synthesized using 5-fluorouraeil as a primary material, following by chlorination, methoxylation, hydrazinolysis, cyelization, isomerisation, coupling, oxidation, condensation reaction. The total yield rate was 42.8%, the purity of the final product was ≥95%.
