摘    要:试验选用三倍体毛白杨的叶片作为外植体,在不改变激素浓度及配比的前提下,通过改变MS培养基中元素N、P、Ca、Mg的浓度,培养数天后,对不同浓度的N、P、Ca、Mg对叶片分化再生及生长状况进行了研究探索.

Abstract:The leaf blades of triploid Populus tomentosa were used as exophyte in this experiment.With the condition of being the same hormonal concentration and mixture ratio,the effects of trace elements with different concentration to differentiation reproduction and growth status of poplar leaf were studied by changing the element concentrations such as N,P,Ca,Mg in MS medium.
