| 摘 要： | 新型农民是新农村建设的主体和根本动力,培养造就一大批有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民,对于我国现代农业的发展和新农村建设至关重要。韩国的＂新村运动＂积累了丰富的农民培训经验,该文借鉴韩国的经验,结合我国农村实际,提出了我国培养新型农民、促进新农村建设的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The new farmer is corpus and basic motive that the new village constuct.The development educates a large quantity to have culture,understand a technique and will conduct new farmer,for our country modern agriculture with new constuct of village to pass importance.＂New village sport＂ backlog of Korea abundant of farmer training experience,this text draw lessons from Korea of experience,combine our country village actual,put forward our country develop new farmer to help the counterplan that the new village constuct to suggest. |
