地方农业院校师资培训中存在的问题及对策分析

师资培训是提高高校教学质量的重要途径。目前,地方农业院校师资培训中存在着经费投入不足、缺乏系统规划及完善的制度和机制、培训形式不灵活、培训内容与需求脱节以及受训教师对培训的认识不足等问题,严重影响了培训的质量和效果。地方农业院校应采取制定科学的培训规划、确定多样化的培训形式、丰富培训内容、建立有效的培训评价体系和制度以及多渠道筹集培训经费等一系列有效措施,加强地方农业院校的师资培训工作。
