摘 要: | 新城疫病毒囊膜上较大的纤突样糖蛋白由新城疫病毒血凝素-神经氨酸酶(HN)基因编码。HN蛋白即血凝素-神经氨酸酶蛋白,它不仅介导病毒吸附于肿瘤细胞,而且与融合蛋白一起帮助病毒侵入肿瘤细胞,其神经氨酸酶活性能水解宿主细胞表面的唾液酸,暴露宿主细胞的生物识别位点。它还能够水解病毒粒子表面糖链末端的唾液酸,防止病毒粒子在宿主表面簇集,并且能够引入新的粘附因子和免疫原性分子,诱导机体免疫系统识别。

Abstract: | The large spike-like membrane glycoproteins from the Newcastle disease virus envelope were encoded by Newcastle disease virus hemagglutinin-neuraminidase (HN) gene. HN protein is the abbreviated form of hemagglutinin-neuraminidase protein, it not only mediates virus adsorption on tumor cells, but also makes virus invade tumor cells with the help of the fusion protein, and its neuraminidase activity can hydrolyze surface sialic acid of the host cells and expose the biological recognition sites of host cells. It is also able to hydrolyze sialic acid lying on sugar chain end of virus particle surface, prevent virus particles from clustering on the host surface, furthermore, it can introduce new immunogenic factors and adhesion molecules to induce the recognition of immune systems. |
