石榴采后腐烂因素分析

摘    要:石榴具有很高的食用和药用价值,采后由于贮藏不当导致病菌侵染发生腐烂。笔者分析了引起石榴腐烂的影响因素及其主要病原菌,同时对控制石榴腐烂变质的措施作了详细论述,以期对石榴的安全贮藏起指导作用。

Abstract:Pomegranate has very high value of food and medicine.Post-harvest pomegranate fruits decompose easily because of pathological microbes infecting.This paper analysed the factors and the main microbes that aroused the fruits decay,and detailed all kinds of methods to control pomegranate fruits decay ,and hope to direct manufacture.
