双叶片整体式轴向移动可变喷嘴增压器的研究

摘    要: 提出了一种叶片轴向移动可变几何截面增压器结构,分析了其工作原理,对所设计的3种高速叶片和3种低速叶片分别进行了实机匹配试验;在综合比较试验结果后,选择了一组高速叶片和低速叶片构成双叶片整体式轴向移动可变喷嘴,并在不同喷嘴位置下进行了发动机实机匹配试验.

Abstract:A new type of variable nozzle turbocharger of axially movable comparing vanes was developed and its working mechanism was analysised.The engine matching test of three sets of high and low speed vanes was conducted.The most suitable set of high speed and low speed vane was then selected to make up the turbocharger,then.The engine matching test was conducted.
