摘    要:试验采用盆栽方式研究了辣椒正茬土壤、连作1 a土壤和连作3 a土壤对辣椒生长发育状况的影响。结果表明:土壤肥力充足的情况下,在辣椒生长过程中,连作土壤使辣椒株高、茎粗减小,根系活力和叶绿素含量降低,根系和叶片的SOD酶、POD酶活性增加,植株提前衰老。并且随着连作年限的增加对辣椒的危害程度加大,连作3 a土壤大于连作1 a土壤。经分析,连作土壤对根系中的SOD酶和POD酶活性的影响大于叶片中相应的酶,根系中的酶可以作为研究辣椒连作障碍有效的生理生化指标。在该试验中,化感作用很可能是导致辣椒连作障碍的主要因素之一。
