| 摘 要： | 对紫薯组织培养过程中的初始培养、继代培养、壮苗培养及生根培养条件进行了初步探究，建立了无菌体系，并对生根苗进行了驯化移栽。结果表明：在这些培养条件下，紫薯苗能够较好的生长。

| Abstract: | The initial cultivation condition,subculture condition,lustihood cultivation condition and rooting cultivation condition during the process of tissue culture for Solanum tuberosum L.cv are preliminary researched.The sterile system is established and the rooting seedling is acclimated and transplanted.The result indicates that under these cultivation conditions,the seedling of Solanum tuberosum L.cv can better grow. |
