摘    要:目的]探索金两优33的最适播种深度和N肥施用量。方法]采用裂区设计,研究不同N肥施用量(纯N150.0(CK)、187.5、225.0、262.5 kg/hm2)和不同直播深度(2.0(CK)、4.0、6.0 cm)对金两优33产量的影响。结果]随着N肥施用量的增加,金两优33的有效穗数、每穗实粒数和实收产量先增加后减少,N肥施用量为225.0 kg/hm2时,有效穗数最多;N肥施用量为187.5 kg/hm2,每穗实粒数最多,实收产量最高。随着播种深度的增加,金两优33的有效穗数、成穗率、千粒重、实收产量均降低,播种深度为2.0 cm(CK)的处理分别比播种深度为4.0、6.0 cm的处理增产20.77%和257.10%。结论]金两优33的最适播种深度为2.0 cm,最适N肥施用量为187.5 kg/hm2。

Abstract:Objective] The study was to explore the optimum sowing depth and N amount of Jinliangyou 33.Method] The split plot design was taken to study the effect of different N amount(pure N 150.0,187.5,225.0,262.5 kg/hm2)and sowing depth(2.0(CK),4.0,6.0 cm)on the yield of Jinliangyou 33.Result] With increase of N amount,the effective panicle,filled grains number per panicle and actual yield was first increased and then decreased.When the N amount was 225.0 kg/hm2,the effective panicle was the most.When the N amount was 187.5 kg/hm2,the filled grain per panicle was the most and its actual yield was the highest.With the increase of sowing depth,the effective panicle number,spike rate,1 000-grain weight and actual yield were all decreased.The yield of treatment with sowing depth of 2.0 cm(CK)was 20.77% and 257.10% higher than that with sowing depth of 4.0,6.0 cm resp.Conclusion] The optimum sowing depth for Jinliangyou 33 was 2.0 cm and its optimum N amount was 187.5 kg/hm2.
