论朝阳地区林业生产的发展途径

总结了朝阳地区40年来林业生产经验及存在问题,指出了该地区林业发展的道路是:调整林业结构,扩大森林资源,建设生态经济型防护林体系;山区建设以林为主,农林牧副渔统筹规划,综合经营;发挥地区优势,建立以获短、中、长期效益结合的多种经营生产基地,走林工商、产供销一体化的道路;积极发展庭院经济,提高人民生活水平。

On the Approach to Promotion of Forestry in Chaoyang Region

On the basis of the summarizing the forest practice experiences and problems in the past 40 years, the way to develop forestry in this region was pointed out. In order to abide by natural law and develop comprehensive forestry according to forest ecology, the management measures include: (1) to regulate forest construction, enlarge forest resource and build ecologicul economy type protection forest system; (2)in regional construction, to take forestry as the dominant factor and to seek wnity of the programmes and comprehensive management of farming, forestry, animal husbandry and sidelines; (3)to take advantage of the region, establish diversified economy bases combining long term, medium term and short term benefit, break the path that merge forestry, industry and commerce into an organic whole and make production offering and marketing a coordinated process. So it is important to renew old forestry idea, reform forestry system, regulate forestry policy strengthen the studies on the forestry pattern and scientific technology and correctly deal with the relationship among ecological effect social effect and economical effect.
