亚麻籽对生长育肥猪抗氧化性能及肉品质的影响

摘    要:文章旨在评估日粮添加不同水平的亚麻籽对生长育肥猪生长指标、血清和肌肉抗氧化指标及肉品质的影响。试验将576头体重接近的16周龄生长猪分为3组,每组8个重复,每个重复24头。试验育肥猪在26周龄出栏,整个试验期间3组分别饲喂亚麻籽添加水平为0、1%和2%的配合饲料。结果:1%和2%亚麻籽组育肥猪生长前期(16~20周)的采食量较对照组分别显著降低1.99%和2.15%(P<0.05),而1%亚麻籽组21~26周育肥猪料重比较对照组显著降低3.13%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,1%亚麻籽组21~26周龄育肥猪日增重显著提高7.15%(P<0.05)。对照组育肥猪血清超氧化物歧化酶活性较2%亚麻籽组显著提高23.23%(P<0.05),1%和2%亚麻籽组育肥猪血清丙二醛含量较对照组分别显著提高49.54%和65.45%(P<0.05)。2%亚麻籽组育肥猪肌肉丙二醛含量较对照组显著提高33.91%(P<0.05)。对照组育肥猪的瘦肉率显著高于2%亚麻籽组(P<0.05),但背膘厚度和滴水损失显著低于2%亚麻籽组(P<0.05)。1%亚麻籽组育肥猪瘦肉率、背膘厚度和滴水损失与对照组和2%亚麻籽组无显著差异(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,1%和2%亚麻籽组肥猪的肌间脂肪显著提高57.14%和60.71%(P<0.05)。结论:日粮中添加1%~2%的亚麻籽抑制了16~20周龄育肥猪的采食量,但对整个试验的日增重和饲料效率无负面影响。综合考虑,肌肉和血清抗氧化指标及肉品质,16~26周龄生长育肥猪日粮中亚麻籽的适宜添加水平为1%。 关键词] 亚麻籽|育肥猪|肉品质|抗氧化

Abstract:The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of dietary supplementation with different levels of flaxseed on growth indices,serum and muscle antioxidant and meat quality of growing~finishing pigs.A total of 57616-weekold growing pigs with similar body weight were randomly divided into 3 groups with 8 replicates per group and 24 pigs per replicate.The finishing pigs were released at 26 weeks of age,and the three groups were fed the compound diets supplemented with 0,1%and 2%flaxseed,respectively.Results:Compared with the control group,the feed intake of finishing pigs in 1%and 2%flaxseed groups was significantly decreased by 1.99%and 2.15%(P<0.05),respectively,while the feed weight of finishing pigs in 1%flaxseed group from 21 weeks to 26 weeks was significantly decreased by 3.13%(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the daily gain of pigs aged 21~26 weeks in 1%flaxseed group was significantly increased by 7.15%(P<0.05).Compared with 2%flaxseed group,the activity of superoxide dismutase in serum of pigs in control group was significantly increased by 23.23%(P<0.05),and the content of malondialdehyde in serum of pigs in 1%and 2%flaxseed groups was significantly increased by 49.54%and 65.45%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with control group,muscle malondialdehyde content in 2%flaxseed group was significantly increased by 33.91%(P<0.05).The lean meat percentage of finishing pigs in control group was significantly higher than that in 2%flaxseed group(P<0.05),but the backfat thickness and drip loss in control group were significantly lower than those in 2%flaxseed group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in lean meat percentage,backfat thickness and drip loss between 1%flaxseed group and control group and 2%flaxseed group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the intramuscular fat of pigs in 1%and 2%flaxseed groups was significantly increased by 57.14%and 60.71%(P<0.05).Conclusions:Dietary supplementation of 1%~2%flaxseed inhibited feed intake of finishing pigs aged 16~20 weeks,but had no negative effect on daily gain and feed efficiency.Considering the antioxidant indices of muscle and serum and meat quality,the optimal supplemental level of flaxseed in the diet of growing-finishing pigs aged 16~26 weeks is 1%.
