摘    要:人力资本是提高人类生产率和经济价值的重要因素.基于人力资源管理而产生的人力资本理论,在经过近60年的发展后,该理论得到了不断的充实和完善,现已成为企业管理的核心理论之一.纵观经济发展模式,传统以高能耗、高污染为代价的经济增长显然不可维系,也不符合经济转型升级的要求.为此,我国正在走资源节约、环境友好的绿色经济发展之路....

Explore the impact of human capital theory on the growth rate of green total factor production in feed industry

Abstract:Human capital is an important factor to improve human productivity and economic value.After nearly 60 years of development,the human capital theory based on human resource management has been continuously enriched and improved,and has become one of the core theories of enterprise management.Throughout the economic development model,the traditional economic growth at the cost of high energy consumption and high pollution is obviously unsustainable,and does not meet the requirements of economic transformation and upgrading.Therefore,China is taking the road of resource-saving and environment-friendly green economic development.Among them,green total factor productivity is an important index to measure the green economy,and is also affected by the level of human capital,development scale and technological innovation.In order to facilitate the analysis,this paper mainly explores its impact on the growth rate of green total factor production in the feed industry from the perspective of human capital theory,and then puts forward targeted suggestions and countermeasures,hoping to provide theoretical value for the sustainable development of the feed industry.
