发酵花生壳对湖羊生长性能、血液生化及免疫指标的影响

摘    要:本研究旨在探讨发酵花生壳部分替代花生秧对育肥湖羊生长性能、血液生化及免疫指标的影响。文章将18只均重为(15.35±0.33)kg的健康公湖羊单独圈养在围栏中,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复2只羊。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组分别替代日粮中20%和40%的花生秧,试验日粮中营养水平相当。结果显示,与对照组相比,两个试验组湖羊的ADG分别提高15.4%和6.3%,F/G分别降低9.3%和6.5%|两个试验组湖羊的胆固醇、血糖、总蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、肌酐和血尿素氮等血清生化指标无显著差异|两个试验组湖羊的IgA分别提高了12.9%和3.4%、IgG分别提高了22.9%和18.3%。结论:在本试验条件下,日粮添加20%发酵花生壳替代花生秧可有效提高湖羊ADG数值,降低F/G,并且不影响湖羊的肝肾功能,具有良好的可行性。[关键词]发酵花生壳|湖羊|生长性能|血液生化|免疫指标

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of fermented peanut shell partially replacing peanut seedlings on the growth performance,blood biochemistry and immune indexes of fattening lake sheep.18 healthy male lake sheep with an average weight of(15.35±0.33)kg were kept in a fence alone and randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 repetitions in each group and 2 sheep in each repetition.The control group was fed with basic diet,and the experimental groupsⅠandⅡreplaced 20%and 40%of peanut seedlings in the diet respectively.The nutritional level in the experimental diet was the same.The results showed that the ADG of lake sheep in the two experimental groups increased by 15.4%and 6.3%respectively;The F/g of lake sheep in the two experimental groups decreased by 9.3%and 6.5%respectively;There was no significant difference in cholesterol,blood glucose,total protein,alanine aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase,creatinine and blood urea nitrogen between the two groups;The IgA and IgG of lake sheep in the two experimental groups increased by 12.9%and 3.4%and 22.9%and 18.3%respectively.Conclusion:adding 20%fermented peanut shell to fattening lake sheep diet can increase ADG,reduce f/g,not affect liver and kidney function and enhance immune function.
