| 摘 要： | 针对农作物病虫预测预报工作存在着测报体系不完善、测报力量薄弱、测报设施设备简陋、测报技术水平低等主要问题,提出了加强测报队伍和体系建设,改善办公条件,加强技术装备等对策建议,以期不断提高病虫害预测预报水平,全面推进测报事业发展。
