| 摘 要： | 基础设施建设的科学性与合理性在很大程度上决定了农业综合开发项目建设成效。基础设施能否长久持续良好地运行决定了农业综合开发项目能否长期发挥其预期效益、能否持续促进农业增效和农民增收．这也是农业综合开发项目的立项之本。依据基础设施可持续发展的理论，详尽分析了影响基础设施工程可持续发展的因素，并提出了促进农业综合开发项目工程可持续发展的一些建议。

| Abstract: | Science and rationality of infrastructure deeply determines the effectiveness of comprehensive agricultural development projects, whether infrastructure runs for long-term steadily determines the well comprehensive agricultural development project and expected benefits, promote agricultural efficiency and rural incomes, which is base of the comprehensive agricultural development project. Based on the theory of sustainable development of infrastructure, detailed analysis of the impact on infrastructure projects for sustainable development, and several proposals on the comprehensive agricultural development project for promoting the sustainable development project were presented. |
