| Abstract: | The prey of orius similis is detected using polyacrylamide gel electrophoretic analysis. The results showed that there are significant differences in the enzyme bands, the place of bands, Rf and The activity of enzyme from the predator after feeding on the Aphis gossypii and Frankiniella intona. The method is obejctive, accurate, simple and convenient. |
