麦草生料蘑菇菌种的制作及大面积应用效果

麦草生料制蘑菇菌种,经反复试验和生产验证,已摸索到最佳培养基配方(生麦草48％,干牛粪48％、石膏粉2％,石灰粉2％),灭菌条件及制种工艺等规律。经江、浙、沪大面积应用,其结果省工省本,菌种抗逆性强,发菌正常,保存时间又长,有不易退化的特点,下种后发菌吃料快,封面也快,有明显的增产效果,1984～1985两年生产菌种1736万瓶,栽培面积4500万尺~2,其效益554万元。

MAKING MATHOD AND USING EFFECT IN LARGE AREAS OF THE MUSHROOM SPAWN PREPARED FROM RAW MATERIAL OF WHEATSTRAW

Through being experimented many times and proved by production, the best making mathod of the mushroom spawn prepared from raw material of wheat straw has been grasped. (48 percent raw material of wheat straw, 48 percent dried cow dung, 2 percent plaster powder, 2 percent lime powder) The condition of disinfection and the processes about making the spawn also has been known well. As a result of useing in Zhejang, Jangshu and Shanghai, the spawn has got advantages as following; labor-saving and cost-saving, having stranger resistance, running nermally, being conserved for a long time and not easy to degrede. The output has been yielded obviously high by utilization of the spawn: the spawn about 17, 360, 000 bottles has been produced and it has been cultivated about 15, 000, OOOm~2. The profit is 5, 540, 000 Yuan.
