| 摘 要： | 提出了基于三次样条的回弹预测方法，分别利用基于三次样条的回弹预测求解方法和dynaform对某U形弯曲成形件进行了计算比较，结果表明采用基于三次样条的回弹预测方法是可行的。

| Abstract: | Spring back calculating based on cubic spline was put forward. The mathematical model was derived. And boundary conditions were studied. Method of spring back calculating based on cubic spline was obtained. Then spring back of an U-shape part for sheet metal forming was calculated by dynaform and by the method of spring back calculating based on cubic spline. The result showed that the method of spring back calculating based on cubic spline is feasible. |
