四川桤木不同群体间遗传分化研究

摘    要:以从四川省采集的12个桤木种源为试验材料,利用RAPD标记,对桤木不同群体遗传变异进行研究.21个引物共扩增出186条带,其中多态性带有108条,占58.1%,研究还发现这些引物对扩增所得的平均非偏差杂合度处于较低水平,仅为0.108±0.043.结果表明桤木群体遗传分化程度较低,仅10.16%变异存在于群体间,群体内变异远丰富于群体间,因此桤木育种的优良单株选择更重要.利用UPMGA根据Nei聚类,桤木12个种群基本可以划分为川西南区、川中西北区、川北区和鄂西、渝东产区4个产区.

Abstract:Study on Alnus cremastogyne was carried out to investigate the genetic variation between populations on the bases of 12 populations selected in Sichuan province and area around Sichuan. Result showed that there were minute genetic variation between populations(only 10.16%), with much higher variation within population. It was thus concluded that A. cremastogyne breeding should pay more attention to the selection of superior trees. The 12 tested populations can be plotted into four producing districts.
