红树莓(Rubus idaeus L.)雌雄配子体发育的研究

摘    要:红树莓雄蕊多数,排成3轮、同一轮花药发育基本同步,各轮间发育不同步,自外向内顺序发育。最早的造孢细胞和小孢子母细胞于5月下旬产生。小孢子母细胞的胞质分裂为同时型,四分体呈四面体型,成熟花粉为2—细胞。雌蕊亦多数离生,整齐排列在膨大的花托上。每一子房内有2枚胚珠,但后期仅1枚正常发育。胚珠倒生、单珠被、厚珠心。胚囊发育属蓼型,但大孢子母细胞、功能大孢子常有异常现象。

Abstract:Most stamina of red raspberry(Rubus idaeus L.)arrange in three layers.The anthers inthe same layer develop simultaneously but there is difference in the development of the an-thers in the three layers,i.e.they develop from outside to inside in sequence.The sponogenouscells and microspore mother cells are produced in the last ten days of May.Cytokinesis in themicrospore mother cells occurs simutancously and the microspore tetrads are tetrahedral.Themature pollen grains are 2-celled.Most pistils are schizogenelic and arrange on the large receptacles regularly.In everyovary there are 2 ovules,only one of which develops normally.The ovule is anatropous,unitegmic and crassinucellar.The development of embryo sac is of Polygonum type,but themegaspore mother cells and the function megaspores often appear abnormal.
