摘    要:由于机车工业的快速发展,对柴油机零部件的制造业提出了更新、更高的要求。本文就连杆的结构设计特点进行了分析,对其关键部位的加工工艺进行了阐述,对影响连杆大小孔加工质量的一些因素进行了分析,从而得出提高连杆的加工质量应注意的几个问题。

Abstract:With the fleet development of the local motive industry,the manufacturing industry of parts of diesel engine brought up the renewal and better requests. In this paper,the structure characters of Connecting Rod is analyzed,the manufacture crafts of Connecting Rod's important section are described,and some factors which could influence manufacture quality of the Connecting Rod's big-small holes are analyzed,so that some proposals to improve manufacture quality of Connecting Rod are given.
