| 摘 要： | 本文研究了甘蓝型黄籽油菜和对照黑籽品种中油821在种子发育过程中粒色及主要品质性状的变化,结果表明:黄籽油菜粒色的变化过程与黑籽明显不同,此外还发现除栅栏层有色素外,糊粉层上也有色素存在;随着种子的发育过程,种子的含油量和芥酸含量不断升高,硫甙的含量和干物质积累速度则随着发育阶段的不同而变化。

| Abstract: | Changes of seed-goat colour and main qualitative characters were studied in different developmental stages of yellowseed rapeseed(Brassica napus L.)as comparing with those of black-seed.The results showed that there wereignificantly different changes of seed-coat colour between yellowseed and black one,and the pigments existed not only in palisade layer but also in the aleurone one.There was a gradual increase in the contents of oil and erucic acid,but a slight fluctuation in the levels of glucosinolate and dry-matter accmulation during the development of seed.Some problems had been discussed about the appearance of spots on the sesdcoat,and also about the correlation between the oil content and erucic acid content. |
