摘    要:为探明胡杨种子活力下降变化规律,采用室温未密封、室温密封、4℃密封三种方式贮藏胡杨种子,测定种子劣变过程中的活力变化指标。结果表明,随着贮藏时间的延长,种子含水量、发芽率、活力指数逐渐下降,种子发芽率降低趋势是前期快、后期慢,活力下降速度为:室温未密封(室温密封(4℃密封。三种贮藏方式中,以4℃密封贮藏方式效果最好,种子活力最高(P〈0.01),而种子浸出液电导率与种子活力大小不呈相关性。

Abstract:In order to find out changing trend of seed vigor of Populus Euphratica Oliv, the Populus Euphratica Oliv seed were stored by three methods (That is : unsealed under room temperature, sealed under room temperature, sealed under 4℃ ). The seed vigor indexs were determined in the process of deterioration. The results indicated that the moisture content of seed, germination percentage, vigor index were reduced gradually along the seed aging. Then the down trend of the seed germination fell rapidly in prophase and slowly in latter period. The decline speed of seed vigor were respectively: unsealed under room temperature, sealed under room temperature, sealed under 4℃. Compared with three storage methods, the highest vigor seeds were gained with the storage way of sealed under 4℃ (P〈0.01). But the conductivity of leachate was not correlated with the seed vigor.
