摘    要:以早粳1号、浙辐9号和威-48水稻品种为材料,研究旱地和水田育秧秧苗的超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性、电解质渗透率和发根力.结果表明:旱育秧叶片SOD活力分别比水育秧增高18.19%、8.56%和7.25%,旱地和水田育秧影响编码SOD基因的表达量,前者高于后者;旱育秧电解质外渗率低于水育秧,发根力强于水育秧,旱育秧耐寒性较强.

Abstract:Superoxide dismutase (SOD), ion leakage of rice leaves and root growing power were investigated in dry rice nursery and water rice nursery The results indicated that the SOD activity increased and ion leakage decreased in the leaves of dry rice nursery, the root growing power and cold endurance of dry rice nursery were better than water rice nursery
