小麦抗白粉病资源的筛选及几个抗源F1代的抗性表现

摘    要:1990年和1991年对480份材料分别进行了抗白粉病的苗期鉴定和成株鉴定,筛选出了苗期和成株期均为免疫型材料50份,并用优良抗源配置了50个单交组合,其中15个抗源呈显性遗传,2个抗源的后代抗性不同,2个抗源后代呈不完全显性遗传。

Abstract:480 entries of wheat germplasm were screened for powdery mildew resistance in 1991 and 1992.Among these,50 entries were found highly resistant both at the seedling stage and at the adult plant stage.50 single crosses were made with some of them.The resistance of their F_1's indicated that the resis- tance of 15 of them were dominantly inherited;2 of them showed incomplete dominance;whereas another 2 showed complete or incomplete dominance depending upon the other parents with which they were crossed.
