| 摘 要： | 交叉询问制度是英美法系的一项重要的审判制度,是司法文明进步的必然结果。我国国内从立法上基本建立了交叉询问制度的雏形,但在司法实践中却未能发挥其应有的作用。应建立和完善交叉询问程序规则及相关配套制度,构建完善的庭前准备程序,提高证人的出庭率。
