| Abstract: | Due to the differences in pragmatic usage of Deixis in Chinese and English,sometimes conversion is necessary in translating,so that the readers can better understand it under different context.Based on the five categories proposed by Levenson,this paper discusses the contrastive analysis of the pragmatic translation of deixis between Chinese and English,which further presents the differences of two languages from the pragmatics aspect. |
