水稻DH群体的构建及其特征分析

摘    要:利用花药培养,构建了武运粳8号×农垦57的加倍单倍体群体(DH群体),其含有130个稳定株系,对该群体农艺性状的调查结果进行分析表明,多数性状符合正态分布,属于多基因控制的数量性状;利用SSR引物进行双亲多态性筛选,其中60对引物具有多态,多态频率约为12.O%,利用这些多态性的SSR标记对各株系基因型进行检测,发现绝大多数SSR位点符合1:1的分离比例。武运粳8号和农垦57对DH群体的贡献率分别为0.504和0.496,这表明:该DH群体是数量性状遗传分析的理想群体。

Abstract:The doubled haploid(DH) population of Wuyunjing8×Nongken57 was built by anther culture,including 130 stable genetic lines.Eleven agronomic traits were surveyed.The results were that most traits approximated normal distribution and expressed transgressive segregation,which indicated that they were quantitative traits controlled by polygenes.Polymorphism between Wuyunjing8 and Nongken57 was detected with SSR markers,60 pairs had polymorphism and were further used to identify each line of this population.Polymorphic rate was 12.0% approximately.Most of SSR loci accorded with the segregation of 1∶1.In the DH lines,average contribution rates of Wuyunjing8 and Nongken57 to this populations were 0.504 and 0.496 respectively.Therefore,this DH lines was a kind of ideal genetic population for quantitative trait analysis.
