摘    要:目的]探讨球根花卉抗寒生理指标和抗寒性的关系。方法]以5种球根花卉叶片为试验材料,测定随气温变化,其含水量、相对电导率、可溶性蛋白质的变化与抗寒性的关系。结果]5种球根花卉叶片含水量和温度呈正比例关系;相对电导率和温度呈反比例关系,抗寒性弱的品种叶片含水量高,相对电导率高;可溶性蛋白含量和短时的降温相关不密切,受开花期的影响。结论]叶片含水量和相对电导率可以初步测定球根花卉的抗寒性,可溶性蛋白含量不宜单独用作球根花卉抗寒性的鉴定指标。
