浅谈职大师资队伍的再建设

职业大学师资必须是学深艺高的“双师型”专门人才。当前职大师资队伍建设中存在着:①只求数量,忽视特色;②队伍老化,“断层’’迫近;③缺乏综合有效地管理,整体效应欠佳等问题;师资队伍再建设的举措是:①立足校内,促进现有教师向“双师型”转化;②从在校生中选荐“专转本”的任教培养工作;③鼓励教师挂职锻炼;④面向社会招聘教师;⑤创造良好的成才环境,充分调动教师个体的积极性。

DISCUSSION ON THE REBUILDING OF TEACHERS IN PROFESSIONAL COLLEGES

Teachers in professional colleges must specialize in both theory and practice. At present there are some defects in teaching groups: 1) the teachers increase in quantity but lack in characteristic; 2) The teaching groups face its aging and teaching -break; 3) The whole work is ineffective for lacking comprehensive management. In view of the above-mentioned facts, some suggestions on rebuilding of teaching groups are put forward: 1) establishing in campus, training teachers of many -sided abilities; 2) sending good students into universities to be trained as teachers in future; 3) encouraging teachers to participate in administration; 4) advertising for teachers from society; 5) creating favourable environment to stimulate teachers' passions.
