摘    要:[目的]确定夏枯草种子最适发芽条件。[方法]夏枯草种子发芽试验中,温度设5个处理(171、9、212、3、25℃),浸种时间设7个处理(04、、81、22、43、6和48 h),光照设2个处理(光照、黑暗)探讨温度、浸种时间、光照对夏枯草种子萌发的影响。[结果]温度对夏枯草种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数有显著影响,在17~25℃范围内,随温度升高,夏枯草种子的发芽率呈先升高后降低的趋势,发芽势在21℃下达最高值,为39%。浸种时间对夏枯草种子发芽有显著影响,在0~12 h范围内,随着浸种时间的延长,发芽势逐渐升高;在24~48h范围内,随着浸种时间的延长,发芽势逐渐下降,光照有利于夏枯草种子发芽。[结论]夏枯草种子的最适发芽温度为21℃,夏枯草种子的最佳浸种时间为12 h。

Abstract:[Objective] The study aimed to determine the most suitable condition for germination of Prunella vulgaris seeds.[Method] In the experiment on the seed germination of P.vulgaris,five temperature treatments(17,19,21,23,25 ℃),seven treatments of soaking time(0,4,8,12,24,36 and 48 h) were set up to explore the effect of temperature,time of soaking seeds and light on the germination of P.vulgaris seeds.[Result] Temperature had significant effect on the germination rate,germination energy,germination index of P.vulgaris seed.In 17~25 ℃,the germination rate of P.vulgaris seed was first increased and then decreased with the temperature increasing and the germinating energy arrived at a maximal value(39%) at 21 ℃.Soaking time had remarkable influence on P.vulgaris seed germination.In 0~12 h,the germination percentage of P.vulgaris seed was increased gradually with the prolonging of seed soaking time;in 24~48 h, the germination rate of P.vulgaris seed was decreased gradually with the prolonging of seed soaking time.The light was beneficial to the germination of P.vulgaris seeds.[Conclusion] The optimum germination temperature for the seeds of P.vulgaris was 21 ℃ and the optimal soaking time was 12 h.
