| 摘 要： | 对影响玉米花药培养中褐变发生的几个因素进行研究表明:外植体的消毒方法、受胁迫程度、基因型、培养基的种类、成份及激素配比都影响到了褐变的发生。通过对以上几个因素的调整,使褐变得到了较好的控制,褐变率大大降低。

| Abstract: | By studying several sectors that could affect the explant browning in anther culture of maize, it indicated that the way of disinfecting, the degree of being compelled, the gene, the medium and the proportion of hormone all had an effect on explant browning. Then, it adjusted the several sectors so as to control the explant browning and to reduce the browning rate. |
