| 摘 要： | 在福建省大田梅林国有林场黄城保护站开展福建柏无性系扦插育苗试验,结果表明:扦插效果较好的有11号、30号、48号、59号、124号、142号等6个无性系,保存率均达到了100%;福建柏无性系扦插育苗技术措施为:在秋季,选择砂壤土(新土)为扦插基质,插后加盖塑料薄膜,追施土肥。

| Abstract: | Experiments of cutting propagation management measures of Fokienia hodginsii clones in Meilin National Forest Farm showed that the rooting rate higher cutting medium was sandy loam(new).so autumn was the best season in cutting.After the cuttings in the fall,it immediately covered with plastic film and added with the soil fertilizer.The cutting effect of different clonal differences were significant too,the better clones were 11,30,48,59,124,142,and the survival rate of which reached 100%. |
