基于Lab VIEW的拖拉机变速箱故障诊断系统研究

随着社会的进步与发展,拖拉机的研发和应用也得到快速发展。但拖拉机的一个突出问题——传动系统运行稳定性问题,至今没有得到很好的解决。影响稳定性的因素很多,而以变速箱为代表的传动装置的性能在很大程度上对前者有着直接影响。因此,有必要通过理论分析,建立对变速箱的技术检测和故障诊断模型,研究基于虚拟仪器技术的、以Lab VIEW为软件平台的拖拉机变速箱检测技术,以期开发出一种新型实用的拖拉机变速器状态检测和自动故障诊断系统。为此,介绍了系统的组成以及目前流行的故障诊断方法在Lab VIEW软件里的实现过程,提出了实现拖拉机变速器故障信号在线诊断功能的方法与流程。

Faults Diagnosis System Study of Tractor Transmission Based on Lab VIEW

With the development of society,tractor has been quickly grown.But one of the protruding problems-the operating stability of the driving train has not yet solved.There are many factors that influence the stability,whereas the property of the transmission directly influences former in a large degree,the relation between technological condition of the transmission and faults of tractor is very close.So it is necessary to establish the fault diagnosis module of transmission,to study the detecting technology which based on VIT and Lab VIEW in order to develop a new practical fault diagnosis system.The thesis introduces the composition of the system and fault diagnosis methods commonly used in the realization of Lab VIEW software in detail,and suggests the method and process realizing the conventional diagnosis function for the transmission gearbox fault signal.
