| 摘 要： | 采用生长速率法比较了20种杀菌剂对匍匐翦股颖Agrostis stolonifera var.palustris褐斑病病原真菌立枯丝核菌Rhizoctonia solani菌丝生长的抑制效果,筛选出杀毒矾、腈菌唑、丙环唑、退菌特、三唑酮、百菌清、腐霉利、克露、金雷多米尔9种抑菌效果显著的杀菌剂.并针对这9种高效杀菌剂进行了浓度梯度测试,结果表明:丙环唑、杀毒矾、腈菌唑对立枯丝核菌的抑制效果最显著,室内抑菌最佳临界浓度分别为6、38和7 mg/L.

| Abstract: | Twenty available fungicides were used to test the effect of hypha growth inhibition of Rhizoctonia solani,a fungi isolated from creeping bentgrass(Agrostis stolonifera var.palustris) infected with brown patch.The results showed that Sandofan M8,myclobutanil,pripiconazole,Tuzet,triadimefon,chlorothalonil,procymidone,Curzate M8,and Ridomil performed significant effect on inhibition of fungi growth.Among these 9 fungicides,pripiconazole,Sandofan M8 and myclobutanil showed the best inhibition effect even with lower concentration,and the critical concentrations of these 3 fungicides were 6,38,7 mg/L respectively. |
