不同氮、碳源对黄花乌头根腐病病原菌生长的影响

摘    要:采用凹玻片法,通过不同碳源和氮源处理条件对黄花乌头根腐病的镰刀菌的生长影响进行了研究。结果表明:不同碳源对该病原菌分生孢子萌发均有促进作用,其中单糖二糖多糖;黄花乌头根腐病菌对氮源的吸收效果由好至低的顺序依次为:必需氨基酸酰胺类铵盐类硝酸盐类,其中丙氨酸、天门冬酰胺、谷氨酸、尿素对病原菌孢子萌发有一定的促进作用,而其它盐类氮源对病原菌孢子萌发有一定抑制作用。
