摘    要:以黄海棠茎切段为外植体,进行植株再生和快速繁殖研究。结果表明在MS+BA 3 mg/L+NAA 0.4 mg/L培养基上,不定芽诱导效果较好,分化率达100 %;增殖培养时,在MS+BA 2 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L+GA3 0.3 mg/L的培养基上增殖的嫩茎转入MS+BA 1 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L+ GA3 0.3 mg/L的培养基上增值倍数降低,但芽苗增高增粗;再生苗在1/2 MS+IAA(0.1~0.5)mg/L的培养基上生根效果较好。

Abstract:Using stem cuttings of Hyperlcum ascyron as callus for the study on fast propagation. The results indicates: MS+BA 3 mg/L+NAA 0.4 mg/L is the best medium, by which the induction effect is better and the differentation rate reaches to 100 %. The seedling has a remarkable increase in height and diameter when is transferred from MS+BA 2 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L+GA3 0.3 mg/L to MS+BA 1 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L+GA3 0.3 mg/L. The result also shows that the 1/2 MS+IAA (0.1~0.5) mg/L is suitable for striking roots.
