牛附紅细胞体解离方法的比较

摘    要:为建立一种较好的牛附红细胞体解离方法,我们对同一感染附红细胞体牛的血液样本,应用三种方法对牛附红细胞体进行了解离。通过显微镜检查及测定蛋白质浓度比较其解离效果。结果表明,体外培养解离法效果最好,化学试剂法次之,而水浴法解离下的牛附红细胞体数量最少,但附红细胞体的运动性较强。本试验为进一步研究牛附红细胞体的生物学特性及抗原分析奠定了基础。

Abstract:In order to establish a best method of separate E.wenyoni, we used three methods to separatefrom Eperythrozoon from the same blood sample of cattle in this experiment. Compared with the result of segregation by micrography and de-tected concentration of the protein. The results showed that the method of separated E.wenyoni with natural separationin vitro culture was the best of three. And the chemistry reagent method was better than water bath method. Although thenumber of the which separated by water bath method was least, it had the best mobility. Accordingly, this ex-periment can settle foundation for more studying in biology characteristic and antigen analysis of Eperythrozoon
