摘    要:在不同的农业措施下,对大豆播前、苗期、花期、成熟期的根际土壤微生物数量、真菌区系结构进行测定,结果表明:有机肥、秸秆还田有利于土壤细菌、放线菌数量的增加,真菌数量减少;单施化肥可导致土壤微生物区系真菌化;相同施化肥条件下,免耕和深松不利于土壤微生物数量的增加;多年连作可导致土壤微生物定向恶性发展。

Abstract:After different agricultural practices were used in soybean field,the population of soil microbes and fungal flora structure were tested in different growth period.The result showed that using organic manures or straw returning can increase the population of bacteria and actinomyces,decrease the population of soil fungi;Using chemical fertilizer only can increase the population of soil fungi;Under the same condition of using chemical fertilizer,no-tillage and deep-tillage are not good for reproduction of soil microbe;Continuous cropping can worsen the ecosystem of soil microbes.
