氮磷钾配施对小白菜硝酸盐含量及产量的影响

摘    要:试验以小白菜为试验材料,采用通用旋转组合设计,利用基质培方法研究了氮、磷、钾施用量对小白菜产量及硝酸盐含量的影响。结果表明:氮磷钾对产量影响的大小顺序为氮>磷>钾,对硝酸盐含量影响的大小顺序为氮>钾>磷;植株硝酸盐累积量随氮肥水平的提高而增加,磷肥对硝酸盐累积有双重的影响,钾肥能降低小白菜硝酸盐的含量。

Abstract:Using the general quadratic rotatory regression and substrate culture, the effects of Nitrogen, Phosphorus,Potassium compound fertilization treatments on the yield and nitrate content of Brassica chinensis were studied. The results showed that: the effect of Nitrogen, Phosphorus,Potassium compound fertilization on the yield of Brassica chinensis followed the order Nitrogen > Phosphorus > Potassium, while the influence order on the nitrate content was Nitrogen > Potassium > Phosphorus. The content of the nitrate increases with the increasing of nitrogen compound fertilization, the effects of phosphorus compound fertilization on nitrate accumulation has a double action, potassium compound fertilization can reduce the nitrate content of Brassica chinensis.
