柑桔生物快繁技术研究

摘    要:采用柑桔“一叶一芽”进行扦插,主要是依靠叶片光合作用形成的碳水化合物和合成的植物生长素,满足繁殖体再生成完整植株的需求。采用不同质地的柑桔枝梢扦插于不同基质中,结果表明。在自动喷雾设施的条件下,选择半木质化枝梢,扦插于拌有少量有机肥的沙壤园土中,通过叶面补充生物型有机营养宇花灵,叶片能直接吸收营养,迅速恢复生理机能,提高叶片光合作用能力,增加营养积累并迅速转移至基部,可促进柑桔扦插生根成苗,从扦插至长成完整植株需三个月左右,成苗率可达92%。

Abstract:Adopt a piece of leaf and a bud of oranges to cuttage, with the carbohydrate and the synthesis auxine which produced by the leaves photosynthesis forms, it content the demand of vegetative to regenerate into complete adult plant. Adopt the different matrices, the result show, with the facility of automobile atomizing, selecting half wooden quality melt brarch tip, insert in the clay mixed with a few of organic fertilizer, spray on the leaf blade with bio-type organic nutrition agent Yu Hua Ling, the leaf can absorb the nutrient immediately, and come back physiological functions quickly, enhance the ability of leaves, photosynthesis, increase the nutrient collection, and move to the base quickly, can enhance the striking survival rate , may reach 92%, and the process for a plant from cutting to growing into a entire tree is only three months about.
