基质有效磷丰度对磷细菌生长和解磷效果的影响

摘    要:以芽孢杆菌属磷细菌菌株为对象,以培养液作为基质,初步研究了不同有效磷丰度对磷细菌生长和解磷效果的影响。结果表明:(1)环境有效磷的缺乏将明显延长磷细菌的迟滞期,而对菌体总量基本无影响。(2)环境有效磷含量过高将导致磷细菌解磷能力的下降。(3)磷细菌的解磷过程可能存在底物诱导作用。

The Influence of Available Phosphate on the Growth and Organophosphate-solving Ability of Phosphate-solubilizing Bacteria

Abstract:Bacillus megaterium var. Phosphaticum is a strain of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria. It was used as the object in the research what the available phosphate would influence on the growth and organophosphate-solving ability of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria. The result show that: (1)The absence of the available phosphate in the surrounding will prolong the lag phase but not influence the total number of the bacteria.(2)Over-abundance of the available phosphate in the culture will deteriorate the bacteria''s organophosphate-solving ability.(3)In the organophosphate-resolving process, the positive regulation of the organophosphate maybe exist.
