摘 要: | 磷酸肌醇代谢在生物感受胞外刺激及信号转导中起着重要的作用。在此,介绍了植物体内的肌醇磷脂代谢途径,PI-PLC/IP3途径和磷酸肌醇激酶与渗透胁迫信号转导之间的联系,以及肌醇磷脂代谢参与的渗透胁迫信号转导与ABA之间的关系。

Abstract: | In both plants and animals, the inositol phospholipid pathway is involved in the perception and transduction of external stimuli. Phospholipid metabolism in plants, connection between PI-PLC/IP3 pathway and some phosphoinoside kinases and osmotic stress signal transduction, and relationship between inositol phospholipid metabolism-related osmotic stress signal transduction and ABA were summarized in this paper. |
