白花长寿花组培快繁技术研究

摘    要:以白花长寿花的茎段为试材,通过组织培养进行快繁研究,结果表明,丛生芽的增殖以MS BA2.0mg/L IBA0.1mg/L GA32.0mg/L 蔗糖40g/L最适;生根培养用MS BA0.1mg/L IBA0.4mg/L GA31.5mg/L 蔗糖40g/L最好。试管苗移栽基质中成活率达99%。

Abstract:The stem of Kalanchoe blossfeldiana with white flower were used as explants in tissue culture to investigate the optimum for its rapid propagation. the experimental results showed of MS supplemented with 2.0mg/ L BA, 0.1mg/L IBA, 2.0mg/L GA3 and 40g/L sugar for proliferation of the sub-cultured buds; MS supplemented with0.4mg/L IBA, 0.1mg/L BA, 1.5mg/L GA3 for and 40g/ L sugar rooting. The plantlets are transplanted into nutrient matrix with 99% survival ratio.
